This month Citizens Advice released our first ever report into the risks of Buy Now Pay Later products (financial products that let people split or delay payments to make them more manageable in the short-term).
Our research found that too many people who’ve used BNPL in the last 12 months are facing problems along the way.
We’re calling for the FCA’s upcoming regulation of these products to focus on 4 things to protect people who use BNPL products.
