Using Tableau, Andrew, Lou, Sienna and Phil Shiraz are investigating the areas of most deprivation in Waverley, with the aim to better targeting our services into clients who are often older and not digitally-enabled.

We also carrying our client interviews to identify the most important issues facing people and their current use of Citizens Advice.
