As a Volunteer with Citizens Advice South West Surrey, you could:
- Help volunteers with reception tasks such as being the first point of contact for clients
- Accompany an adviser when they are talking to clients and take notes
- Type up a summary of the clients’ problems and what action the adviser has taken.
